Vitamina B

I am not really bilingual, as my mother tongue is Portuguese - and Portuguese only. But I already consider myself quite comfortable with the English. At least comfortable enough to try to maintain a blog in English as well.

The third Barcamp in Brazil, this time in the biggest Brazilian city. São Paulo will welcome people interested in internet and technology, willing to share experiences, collaborate - this is the objective of a Barcamp. This event is organized informally, without a pre-defined schedule.

Barcamp Sampa will happen at the same time as BlogCamp Switzerland. I will try to make a brigde between the events =)

BlogCampSwitzerland is a European conference focusing exclusively on blogging, organized by bloggers for bloggers. It‘s built upon the principles of the famous BarCamp (ad-hoc unconference) in Silicon Valley.

BlogCampSwitzerland will host an open environment at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH), for a maximum of 200 Bloggers from all over Europe. This is going to be an intense event with discussions, demos and interaction between attendees. Any blogger who wants to contribute is welcome and invited to join.

INdT (Nokia Technology Institute) promotes BOSSA, a small but focused conference to discuss and find ways to improve the many areas of Open Source Software targeting mobile systems and embedded devices. The venue is Hotel Armação, a resort in Porto de Galinhas - Recife, Brazil.
